Italian Nuclear Forum, the jury hangs spot

Stumble this article appeared on ilfattoquotidiano.it that "information" that the jury dell'Autodisciplina Advertising called him a spot on the forum Italian nuclear misleading information message of the campaign to relaunch the debate on nuclear energy in Italy, blocking in fact, the airing of the advertisement within seven days.

Since the TV in recent months has hammered enough, deceptively (as defined by then the jury) to allow me to restore a level playing field against the spot-Greenpeace:

Do They Make Subwoofers For A Laptop?

Interview with Giordano Sangiorgi: an assessment of Mei

Milan - As every year comes back Mei, Meeting of Independent Labels in Italian, in fact, the festival, which opens in Faenza on the 26th, the event is more important and interesting to see what happens in the underground of Italy. We interview Giordano Sangiorgi, owner of the happening, to take stock of the situation and to make us say what state of health will pay the Italian indie scene and what are the prospects, if any.
Sangiorgi, first of all: that the budget does Mei 2010, now in its 14th year?
A positive, no doubt: we had an increased demand for participation, for both live and for the contest, for presentations and events. This year we have over 400 artists, and we actually live the most important event in the country. Mei means to come to come and take the pulse of the independent Italian music - from 'electronic hip hop, rock, metal, folk ... All genres and styles are represented, with a significant increase in ethnic and popular music - so much so that Mei has an area in the section.

How is the independent Italian music?
It 's a great creative moment of rebirth, at least two years. A little 'as happened in the first half of the 90s, there are artists with something to say, telling Italy saying things in a precise way and without taboos. Of course, for the procurement of resources, things have changed. Technological innovation has changed the music.
There is enthusiasm but there is the money?
will be to create two scenarios: one for pop artists worldwide, through the multinationals - network of radio, television, label, web - try to impose themselves. Then there is the possibility for tens of thousands of artists to make art with the support of fans, patrons, as happens in other segments, the medium is doomed to disappear: either you bet on the glocal, with fans who follow their loved ones, with Artists who plan to 36th grades, taking care of not only the production of CDs, but also merchandising, streaming, books ... the project overall artistic ... or try to be global. But it is a change that should be ridden, which must be taken by the horns, we must not be afraid: we have long been the boom of the '90s, but the spaces are there for new ones.
How do I find resources?
Those resources that are no longer for sale media, we find in the new music distributors, which have replaced the big chains: facebook, youtube ... They spread mainly emerging creative contributions, and so are traffic and people - and then business. They must pay fair compensation to those who make music, says a European directive that regulations should be enacted to allow each user port traffic on the Web get something in return. This would be the first anti-piracy law to do: make it legal across the spread of music by charging only the container that profiting. If, for example, an independent producer sets up a web video that gets 5oomila views, and give it a tot for visualization, creativity finds its patrons.
not believe then that should be regulated mainly downloading, as they tried to make the French adopting a restrictive law?
As Attali, French economist, I believe that restrictive laws are useless, that we do not eradicate the problem. It takes action, if any, that spread the rule of law; be affected if piracy this enhances the crime, but not the individual user, the kid that downloads and that if he is punished, the music goes away and then comes close to other things, maybe dangerous. No coincidence that France has been just a 'youth card' that allows students to download music legally cheap, so it educates. ... Then actions are needed in schools and should be agreed between SIAE and Creative Commons, so as to protect young people without having to force you to spend too much money to spend for inclusion under SIAE. The radio and web tv free, finally, the heirs of the issuers of 70 free, no taxes are to be supported because it grows. ... These are all actions that would promote action Legal music.
What you have in Serbia for the future?
each year starting from scratch, people's tastes change and you must ask yourself this way. We must continue to think about the 'do it yourself', but stressed the need to network, to work synergistically and systemically. This is fundamental to the emerging new music, seeing all the new artists start from the indie, which invest despite the boycott of the radio networks. system needs to be done to enhance the system and the market. Think of a Mei, therefore, more connected to networks of independent culture in the round, not just music. We want to promote a culture 'Sloow food' of music and culture.
